    About reservation and use

  • What time is the check-in and check-out?
    Check-in: 3 p.m. ~ Check-out: ~ 10 a.m.
  • Is it possible to check in earlier than 3 p.m.?
    I am afraid it is difficult to do so because we prepare and maintain our facility so that our guests can stay here comfortably and safely.
    There are several nearby sightseeing spots you can visit.

  • Is it possible to use the facility for a day trip?
    I am afraid it is not possible to do so.
  • Are there dog-friendly rooms?
    Yes. You can stay with your dogs at “Dog Ocean Dome.”
  • Is it possible to pay by credit card?
    Yes. We accept VISA, Mastercard, JCB and AMEX.
  • Are there cancellation fees?
    30 days before: 50 % 7 days before: 100 %
  • Will there be cancellation fees if natural disasters such as typhoons occur?
    In the event of natural disasters such as typhoons, cancellation fees will not be charged in general if a warning has been issued.
    In the case of a typhoon, we will determine whether our facility can open by noon on the day, and will contact you if we close our facility.
    If our facility decides to remain open but you choose to cancel for safety reasons, cancellation fees are discussed individually.
  • Are there fees for children?
    Elementary school children and younger (~12 years old) → Children fee
    Junior high school students and older (13 years old ~) → Adult fee

    Accommodation: 5,000 yen Dinner (Kid’s BBQ menu): 2,800 yen
    If your preschool children co-sleep with you, it will be free of charge.
    A fee will be charged for additional bedding.
    For infants, we have 2 options for fees.

    i. Without bedding: It will be free of charge if you co-sleep with your children. However, meals also will not be served.
    ii. With bedding: 5,000 yen (Meals are optional.)
    The kids’ BBQ menu for dinner is 2,800 yen.
    Please go to the reservation page and enter required information. Then, you can check the total fee before completing a reservation.
    As you proceed, you will find the fields to enter information for your children. Please confirm all details before finalizing your booking.

  • What amenities do you have?
    Shampoo, body wash, hair conditioner, hair dryer, toothbrush, nightwear, towel set (bath towel and hand towel), hand soap, etc.
  • Do you have equipment for cooking?
    Yes. We have a kitchen space, kitchen knife, cutting board and electric kettle. Please use a rental BBQ stove. We do not have a pod or frying pan.
    *The kitchen space is shared for “Standard Dome.”
  • Do you have tableware?
    We have chopsticks, tongs and glasses on a cupboard in a dome.
    We also provide dishes and cutlery for free, so please let us know!
  • Do you have Wi-Fi?
    Yes.
  • Is it possible to have a BBQ even if it rains?
    Yes. The dedicated BBQ space has a roof, so you can enjoy a BBQ even if it rains.
  • What rental products do you have?
    Here is the list of the rental products.
    Can opener, bottle opener, kitchen scissors, corkscrew, tongs, glass, dish, fork, spoon, knife, teaspoon, kitchen knife, cutting board, and skillet (frying pan)

    We do not have cooking utensils prepared at a shared kitchen. Thank you for your understanding.
    Additionally, if you need condiments for yourself, please feel free to bring them.
  • We made a reservation for a BBQ set. Are charcoal and fire lighters included in it?
    Our facility will provide a rental gas grill, so you do not need charcoal.
    A grill is also attached to a gas grill, so there is no need to worry about it.
  • Do you have an air conditioner?
    Yes.
  • Is there a parking lot?
    Yes. There is a free parking lot.
  • About meals

  • Until when is it possible to order meals?
    Please order meals at least 5 days in advance.
  • Will a fee be charged for bringing ingredients and beverages?
    No.
  • Is it possible to bring a BBQ stove?
    Bringing fire-causing devices is not allowed.
  • Is it possible to order only breakfast?
    Yes. Please choose it from options when making a reservation.
  • Others

  • Is it possible to do fireworks?
    It is allowed until 9 p.m. Please have a bucket of water ready and pay attention to safety.
    *Only handheld fireworks are allowed.
  • Do you have a phone number that we can reach out to?
    I am afraid we only accept inquiries via email because we are currently operating with minimal staff in response to the COVID-19.
    For our guests, we will provide a phone number 3 days before an accommodation date. We apologize for the inconvenience. Thank you for your understanding.
  • Is there a nearby convenience store and supermarket?
    7-Eleven (Shimonoseki Kanmon Straits Store) is a 3-min walk from our facility.
    MaxValu (Miyadamachi Store) is an approximately 6-min drive from our facility.
